We stayed for 4 nights in a Deluxe Double Room with Two Double Beds. The staff was super nice and really helpful. Breakfast had a solid variety, and the coffee was great. The only bummer was the gym, it needed better upkeep and some machines were out of order. Still, we felt safe walking around with plenty of places to eat nearby.

Most disappointing was the dining experience. while breakfast was commendable, the dinner options left much to be desired, especially at the Spanish tapas restaurant where the food quality fell short. Additionally, the pool service could be unpredictable.

During my stay, I truly appreciated how close the hotel was to Cinta Costera, which is perfect for a scenic stroll along the waterfront, and also the enjoyable dining options that were just a few steps away at places like The Garden Restaurant and Gaucho's Steak House. while the staff was generally friendly and welcoming, I did notice that some electrical fixtures in my room were not functioning consistently, which could use a little attention.
